The doors can not be closed to that point. This is related to another defect on this bus. To fix the problem for the moment, switch to the passenger's point of view and stand infront of the back doors. Above the back doors is the switch for manual door release. Switch it. You can now move the doors manually and close them. Switch off the manual door release afterwards.
